General distribution: Iowa S. to Mississippi, W. to New Mexico.
Distribution in New Mexico: Dona Ana, Eddy, Guadalupe, Hidalgo.
Habitat: Mountains, pinon-juniper.
Host: Unknown.
Adults Present: July-September.
Notes: Male cerci expanded toward apex; furculae absent; subgenital plate wider than high and elevated in the middle; color brown, green, or gray; hind tibiae red or orange with light and dark rings toward base; tegmina shorter than abdomen. Not economically important.
