Size: 23-29 mm.
General distribution: California to Texas, S. to Mexico.
Distribution in New Mexico: Bernalillo, Dona Ana, Eddy, Hidalgo, Otero.
Habitat: Riparian.
Host: Arrowweed, Pluchea sericea.
Adults Present: March-October.
Notes: Male cerci truncated, wider at base than apex; furculae large and strap-shaped; subgenital plate with weak emargination; body slender, green; hind tibiae pale green-blue; tegmina very long. Not economically important.
