Size: 23-26 mm.
General distribution: British Columbia, Canada, and Montana, S. to California and New Mexico.
Distribution in New Mexico: Bernalillo.
Habitat: In bushes, often Artemisia or Chrysothamnus.
Host: Probably composite shrubs.
Adults Present: Unknown.
Notes: Male cerci narrow in middle; furculae large,divergent, and pointed. Color gray to brown, hind tibiae blue. Not economically important.
