Common name: CREOSOTEBUSH GRASSHOPPER.
Size: 20-26 mm.
General distribution: Nevada, E. to Texas, and S. to central Mexico.
Distribution in New Mexico: Chaves, Dona Ana, Eddy, Hidalgo, Luna, Otero, Sierra, Socorro.
Habitat: Desert.
Host: Creosotebush (Larrea tridentata).
Adults Present: Throughout the year.
Notes: Easily separated by host association and color pattern; yellow green with silvery-white markings. Not economically important.
