Speakers and members of the Sidney Veterans of Foreign Wars Color Guard salute the posted flags to open the Groundbreaking Program. They were joined by local members of the Montana National Guard and the Family Readiness Group in recognition and as a reminder of the sacrifices members of our armed services and their families are making to protect the freedom and opportunities all Americans enjoy.
