Kyle Biebl is the first customer to drop off items for recycling at the "E-rase Your E-waste" event held June 24-25, 2005 at NPARL. The event was cosponsored by NPARL along with the Richland County Local Emergency Planning Committee; and the local Retired Seniors Volunteer Program and Community Emergency Response Team.
